Disclaimer- I make mistakes - mostly unintentionally, also I often have 10 thumbs and I wear bi-focals. Check school sites to verify dates, times and locations and late changes. Schedules change, and what I have may be obsolete!
An American Legion roster note - Teams that are fully registered to play in their state American Legion Tournaments MUST have their player roster entered - these can be viewed online - most states require the rosters to be submitted by late June.
(1) http://www.baseball.legion.org/baseball/teams - this is the list of states sponsoring American Legion Baseball
(2) select the state you are interested in - "Ohio" for example
(3) select the American Legion team you are interested in "Whitehouse" for example
The general team information is listed (and team web site if submitted) - you may click on an individual player to get -
* Name
* Number (subject to change!) and position
* Height / Weight
* Bats / Throws
* High School
* HS grad year
Please be aware that people enter this information (I've done it once) and errors are made - but if you have time
it gives you a "heads up" on who is on a given team.
There are teams listed that do not have rosters - these are not eligible for the American Legion state tournaments;
